AGRO PROFF company offers mobile batch  scales of own production SMARTSTREAM 500M.

Scales are developed for weighing of grain and other loose products taking into account continuous loading and with a maximum productivity up to 500 t / h (660 m3 / h). The main task of the development was the minimum height for the possibility of loading the product by a front loader, a port crane or any other conveyor. The sides of the receiving bunker have the opportunity to open up for greater mobility and the ability to load from any side, which is very convenient in the cramped conditions of grain terminals, for example. The receiving bunker can receive 2 buckets of the front loader (up to 12 m3) in volume, which allows operators not to wait for complete emptying during operation. The frame and scales are made of their strong bearing profile, all beams are hermetically welded, which prevents water and dirt accumulating inside. After welding, all metal structures are sandblasted, primed with a special primer, and painted with two layers of polymer paint, which ensures long-term resistance to corrosion.
