ASPIRATION SYSTEMS
Aspiration is the process of removing the dust from the air, which is generated during the operation of grain and other equipment . The main problems with large dust:
Grain dust at a certain concentration (more than 40 g / m³) in an enclosed space becomes explosive, which can cause a dust explosion of great destructive force up to 10 kg / m².
A large concentration of dust in the working environment is very harmful to the human body and can cause a whole bunch of diseases.
The struggle against dust at grain processing enterprises is one of the main tasks of a caring manager.
The proposed aspiration systems and filters allow to effectively solve the problem of reducing the risk of explosion of grain dust and air purification. Qualitative aspiration of elevators and granaries allows to preserve the concentration of grain dust in safe limits. Industrial air cleaning in the dust-forming zones of production lines ensures explosion safety of grain production, equipment efficiency and comfortable working conditions.
Aspiration is very different from simple ventilation. For a high-quality design, installation or expertise of the aspiration system, colossal theoretical knowledge and vast practical experience are required. It is not recommended to trust aspirations to people and companies that do not have special education and experience. We often had to redo the aspiration systems after the work of general specialists of ventilation. Only smooth-walled pipes can be used for aspiration, the twisted pipes will overgrow with dust.
We offer 2 types of aspiration: local filters (dust remains in the product) and centralized systems (dust is collected and removed from the product). Dust can be collected in a cyclone (purification degree 90-95%) or filter (99-99.8%).
As initial data, we take the customer’s requirements, European regulatory documents, inspect all sources of dust formation and make a preliminary calculation.
For calculation, the following data are taken: volume mass and product speed, number of dust collection points, length of horizontal pipe sections, height of vertical sections, number of bends, adapters and turns, resistance of the cyclone or filter.
In old aspiration systems, one system maintains 3-4 dust collection points, then a dust fan, which, passing dust through it, drives it to the cyclone. For large elevators, where it is necessary to dust more than 20 points, there are 5-6 such systems with cyclones. This is not convenient due to the large number of occupied space, maintenance, difficulties in collecting dust from different places. Dust fans require constant maintenance and cleaning to reduce the risk of explosion.
Offered by AGRO PROFF aspiration systems allow to assemble up to 20 or more dust collection points into one filter, which reduces further maintenance costs, reduces dust emissions to the atmosphere, and allows the return of cleaned warm air back to the workshop. The fan is placed after the filter and creates a vacuum in the entire system, including the filter, passing through itself purified air. Such a system is much more convenient and safer.
In our system the dust boxes, the diameters of pipes, rotations are precisely calculated, so that the product itself is not carried away with dust. We select the right filter, the fan of the desired pressure, taking into account the resistance of the entire line. In each section, control hatches are provided. Upon completion of the installation work, the flow rate in each section is measured and adjusted.
